Hello my name is Arielle, I'm 18 years old and I live in Florida. A few of my friends are getting a place in Colorado Springs and want me to move out there.
They've convinced me that I would love it out there because its a big city with lots to do and that I'd be able to walk around a lot. My question is what is there really to do? I doubt that there are many people my age on the forum but maybe you guys can give me an idea? What do the teenagers and young adults of Colorado Springs do for fun? Maybe a rave or two? Maybe a really chill cafe/book store?? My friends are all over 21 so they probably consider a bunch of bars and pubs "lots to do" but I know better. Also... are they exaggerating about the amount of dispensaries in town? =P
Here's some background information:
I've already tried moving out of state earlier this year, to a small town in Oregon. Although I thought it was gorgeous I couldn't stand the constant rain and lack of sunshine. I ran back home after a few months. My hometown (where I currently reside) is very boring with no nightlife and it is basically impossible to get around if you don't have a car. The house my friends are looking to rent is supposed to be very close to downtown and in the middle of the city?
My name is Brittany, and I am an Independent Consultant for Arbonne International. What I do is throw free spa parties. My job is to just pamper you and your friends for about an hour while I introduce you to the products. It is a great way to have a girls day or bridal shower. You get to try top of the line products for free while I pamper you completely. There is no obligation to buy anything. This is just something nice that I get to do for you and your friends. If this sounds like something you would be interested in please contact me:
Hello everyone! My name is Brittany, and I just moved to Colorado from North Carolina in October. I'm starting up a buisness with Arbonne, a company that sales high-end, pure swiss skin care and beauty products. Would anyone be interested in hosting an Arbonne party? Brittany
There is absolutely no cost to you unless you decide... to buy something or provide snacks. It's a great way to invite all the girls over and be pampered with free beauty products. You could even make it a mother daughter event.
They have products for men, women, children, and infants.
The real kicker is that if you do decide to purchase anything you get fifty percent off of your order for just hosting the party.
Please send me a message if you would like more information or if you would like to host a party of your own. I have four dates in February, and any in March. It really is a great way to have girl time!
The dates are:
Wednesday, February 17th
Wednesday, February 24th
Thursday, February 25th
Saturday, February 27th at 7pm
Thursday, March 4th
My husband and I are working through the divorce process. We need to sell our home ASAP as he's going to be moving to RI.
We have this amazing home in Green Valley Ranch that I'd love to afford on my own but that's just not gonna happen. Not to mention it's just under 3500 sqft and I'd rather not upkeep it myself :)
If you know of anyone interested at all, here's the link to the craigslist posting I just did. From there you can find links to all the pictures, Realtor information, etc. Feel free to drop me a line here too if you'd like more information.
Thanks in advance for getting the word out! http://denver.craigslist.org/reb/1266699388.html
Just a quick note to see if anyone is out there that I can work a mutually good deal with. Times being what they are, and the holidays being here and all... I started sifting through the garage for things I would not in any way be needing or wanting, and might possibly find a good home for.
I found 2 old military ammo cans, which contain some old spent and dirty reloading brass.
223 rem. - 160 count.
45 ACP - 290 count.
30.06 - 160 count.
If anyone is into reloading and could use this, feel free to drop me a reply on here or email me at arcangels.realm @ gmail . com (remove spaces)

My name is Colton, and I'm a student from Baltimore, Maryland.
I'm in the Springs for the summer, and holy crap am I bored. Don't get me wrong; I love this place (I was actually born here), but I'm going a bit crazy from loneliness.
I enjoy being outdoors, partying, listening to and making music, reading, writing, photography, computers, videogames, and being around people in general.
If anyone would like to hang out, or just chat, please hit me up. You can reach me through livejournal, or at (410)382-9919.
(sorry if you're reading this twice; I'm crossposting to a few CO groups)
Just found this
news article regarding Shrap Metal Tattoo Parlor. It appears that they will be dealing with some legal issues for a while, so if you had a tattoo session scheduled it might be best to double check.
Unsure at this time if it also includes the "piercing" side of the operation as they were ran by different folks...so either way you go, I'd check it out before heading that direction.
All of my piercings were done here, and I can honestly say that I never saw any sort of "dealings" going on, but generally piercings don't take nearly as long as tattoo work. *shrug*
